Futher growth for Reeves+Neylan and FW Stephens!!
Reeves+Neylan LLP, one of the South East’s leading firms of Accountants and Business Advisers, and FW Stephens, the long established City based financial consulting group, will be merging their practices with effect from 1 June 2010.
This merger will create a firm with a combined fee income of £20 million, 43 partners and 330 staff. The combined firm will be in the top 25 Accountancy practices in the United Kingdom. In addition both firms' financial services businesses will be merged to create a Chartered Financial advisory business and a discretionary fund management business with a combined fee income of over £2 million. The advisory business will be one of only 200 firms with Chartered Financial Adviser status.
Reeves+Neylan currently has four offices in Canterbury, Chatham, Gatwick and London Bridge. The staff at London Bridge will be moving into FW Stephens’ offices in Moorgate to make a combined staff in London to over 100 with £6 million in fees.
Clive Stevens, the Managing Partner at Reeves+Neylan, will continue to be the firm’s Managing partner. Owen Skinner, the Managing Partner of FW Stephens, will be joining the firm’s Management Board. The merged firm will trade as Reeves+Neylan LLP.
The firm will also continue to be represented internationally through its membership of Kreston International, the worldwide network of independent firms.
